Međimurje PMP LTD encountered several different software solutions, each with its
advantages and disadvantages. The biggest problem was the shortcomings that were slowly being addressed or not being resolved at all. From the
limited development of additional functionalities,
the inability to improve specific processes,
inefficient monitoring of production, the
high cost of time required to perform particular tasks on the part of the user, all the way to
poor communication and support. Due to specific requirements, it was necessary to develop a
new ERP system fully tailored to the company. It is a system for complete business that will face all the
complex requirements of the company, and at the same time, be easy to use (
user-friendly).

The solution that was developed to improve the business of the company Međimurje PMP LTD is
fully tailored to customer requirements as it is developed precisely in
collaboration with the company. The developed system consists of all the necessary modules such as
accounting, commercial, production monitoring, warehousing, human resource management, DMS, and many others. As a complete solution of all included modules,
BMS (Business Management System) was created, a system intended for companies that have
complicated production and business processes, and require solutions that are tailored to their needs and easy to use.
BMS is designed to improve business processes, make economic savings, identify bottlenecks, and prevent downtime, and thus
improve business results.
It is currently used in the
metallurgical, construction, textile industry, and shipbuilding, as well as in companies that have
serial or specialized production. The system is adaptable regardless of sector or industry.
